We currently require an administrator to join our small, friendly, established, service team; undertaking essential administration tasks to support us to manage and maintain an effective and smooth-running service.
In particular they would be involved in vetting our users to ensure they meet our criteria, processing new registrations with speed and accuracy; ensuring the information we hold on users remains up to date and relevant; and communicating effectively with both charities and volunteers.
More specifically we would require the post holder to;
Process new Volunteers and Charities
Approving new registrations to our online platform, based on our processes
Undertake routine administration tasks;
Follow a series of set processes to manage and update our online platform
Ensure our users receive relevant communications and support that enable us to provide a high-quality service.
Support our Service Users
Liaise with service users to clarify or update their information.
Deal with enquiries in a customer-focused, approachable way.
Work collaboratively with the team, stepping in to support colleagues.
Carry out other reasonable tasks, as appropriate, at the request of the Service Development Manager.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and communication skills. Someone who has used Microsoft Office programmes and interested in gaining experience of using databases and/or CRM systems to work on a variety of administrative tasks.

This role would be split between working from home and working in offices based in London. We are currently seeking new premises so unable to give an exact address but they will be in the central / south central London area. The expected attendance at the office would be 2/5ths of your working hours.
25.00 hours per week
Flexible between Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
