Closing Date: 10th December 2021
The RSA are recruiting 2 Data Cleaning Assistants to deliver a data cleaning project.
This will entail making outbound telephone calls, speaking to our members, (Fellows) collecting updated contact details, and running through a short survey with them. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable talking on the phone and who can enter data accurately.
Updated contact details will be entered onto our database as the call is made, and similarly the survey responses will need to be recorded whilst the member is on the phone. They will also be responsible for providing high quality customer service to call recipients, by email or over the phone.
Other activities involve leaving voice-mail messages and scheduling appointments with callers to undertake the survey when it is convenient for them. It will also be necessary to handle any complaints and queries that may come from these calls, which may need to be escalated to other members of the team. The Data Cleaning Assistants will also help out with other data cleaning tasks, including processing returned mail in line with RSA processes and data protection policies. They are expected to be a full member of the Fellowship Development and Services Team, through attending regular team meetings and assisting the team with any other tasks if necessary.
