The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Programmes and the Programmes team in ensuring the smooth running of WFSA programmes and projects.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
London, SW1P 2AF - The position is office based at WFSA, 5th Floor, Dean Bradley House, 52 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF and this position will be expected to work from the office 4 days per week.
25.00 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10 - 5
Friday: 10 - 2

The World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA) is a unique, global network of National Anaesthesia Societies that brings together qualified practitioners of this specialised area of medicine. The WFSA’s vision is to unite anaesthesiologists around the world to improve patient care and access to safe anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.
To help us achieve this vision, we deliver a wide range of programmes that are implemented together with national, regional and specialty anaesthesiology societies. As a Federation, the WFSA has 136 national member societies giving the organisation direct links with national anaesthesia leadership within these countries.
In total, the WFSA has a presence in over 150 countries given WFSA’s well developed links with regional anaesthesia societies. The WFSA also works with other organisations that share the same objectives, including, the World Health Organisation, governments, non-governmental organisations, specialist medical organisations, academic institutions, patient groups, hospitals, and industry.
