The Data and SalesForce Assistant will report into the Information Systems Officer. The main responsibilities within the role will be to assist in database management, metadata management, reporting & analytics and to support with new functionality builds in the main Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, SalesForce.
The role will be a great introduction to SalesForce and will set the young person on course to start a career as a SalesForce Administrator. As the world’s leading CRM tool, there are often more roles available on the job market than there are applicants to fill the positions, meaning roles are remunerated very well and there is opportunity to work across a myriad of industry sectors.
The majority of our staff work from home most days, and we envisage that this role will be primarily home based. We have an office in Stratford, East London, which the successful candidate would be welcome to work in every day if they preferred. If you are not within easy reach of this office, or would prefer to work from home, you should ensure you have the appropriate space to do so before applying (Voice 21 will provide all IT equipment required).

8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
